How we digitized the sales process for an "Offline" Branding Agency.
The Context
PurePrints is a heavyweight in the physical world. They do high-end interior signage, custom branding, and facade realization. They had the classic "Agency Dilemma":

For Retailers: A page focusing on "Storefront visibility & foot traffic."
For Builders: A page focusing on "Reliable delivery & white-label partnership." We answered their specific questions before they even asked them.
3. We Optimized for ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) We didn't look at "likes." We looked at the bank account. We tracked every euro.
We spent €30,000 on ads over the campaign period.
We tracked €120,000+ in directly attributable revenue. That is a 4.0 ROAS. For every €1 they put into the machine, they got €4 back.

Segment your Audience: Don't target "Everyone." If you do interiors, run one ad for "Office Managers" and one for "Shop Owners." They have different pains. Speak to them separately.
Calculate your "Willingness to Pay": PurePrints was willing to spend money because they knew their numbers. If a client is worth €10k, are you willing to spend €500 to get them? If yes, turn on the ads.
